A private residence near Chipping Norton

Works involved the demolition of an existing property replacing it with a new build seven bedroom family home, Coach House and Forge outbuilding accommodation, along with a Swimming Pool and Pool House. This was constructed using traditional Cotswold vernacular rubble stone walls, feature stone quoins, cills, and Cotswold stone roofing.

A substantial house which lacked a kitchen worthy of its size. We completed alterations to enlarge the width and height of the kitchen creating a larger and more useable space.

We were asked to carry out internal refurbishments over a short period of time to house a family relocating back to the UK. To assist with these renovations, we introduced a local interior designer who worked closely with the client to create a stunning but cosy Interior Designed home.

Private Residence Near Bibury

The Old Rectory has undergone an internal re-design creating a stylish open plan living/kitchen space creating a perfect balance of traditional features and modern functionality . We were also asked to build a Wine Storeroom and tasting /eating area in the garden, which was designed by Fleming Architects.

The objective was to turn a listed Coach house into rented Air B&B. In a short space of time we created two independent dwellings whilst keeping the character in place.

A stunning house built in 2005 and designed by Craig Hamilton famed for his work at the Highgrove Estate. Over 11,000 square foot of accommodation, 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms we were asked to carry out a full renovation alongside the well renowned Interior Designers Sims Hilditch.
